School Health Advisory Council Meeting (SHAC) 2025/2026: The 1st semester review will be on Thursday, 12/18 for Polo R-VII School at 3:30 pm, in the Meeting Room #102. All members of the School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) are invited. Parents and other community members are welcome and encouraged to attend. SHAC is a diverse group of individuals who represent the council from a multidisciplinary background. The meetings benefit the school by having a review of current health care programs and policies, while providing the opportunity to work with the school to develop, implement, monitor, and revise as necessary our School Wellness Plan.

Mobile Food Pantry: Liberty Hospital has partnered with Harvesters and Redemptorist Social Services Center to provide a drive through, Mobile Food Pantry on the Liberty Hospital campus. There are no residency requirements, so all are welcome. The pantry starts at 5:30pm on Friday, 12/19. In addition to food, they sometimes have pet food and diapers. You may view the flyer on the Polo R-VII Facebook page that has a map for the drop off route on Liberty Hospital campus. (Drop off is generally completed within 1 hour.) Location is 2525 Glenn Hendren Drive, Liberty, MO 64068.
