Sports & Activities News:

The MS Softball game for today, Thursday 9/17 has been cancelled due to field conditions.

Polo FFA members had a successful showing at the MO State Fair!

Keegan Howell had Grand Champion Soybean seed, Kerrianne Farmer had Grand Champion Red Clover bundle, Jasey Peoples had Grand Champion Cucumbers and Gourds.

Kinsey Heisey was the Grand Champion Dorset Market Lamb in the FFA Division.

There were several other members exhibiting in the FFA Building or with there animals. These members were: Melodi Stewart, Jaecy Heisey, Alexia Lewis, Baylor Rechtermann,  Kathryn Farmer,  Jacob Gilmer, Jorja Ebert.

Lucas Crews had both the Grand and Reserve Champion Chester White Boar during the Chester White breeding show.

Kathryn Farmer placed 4th place in the FFA Meat Rabbit pens.

Kerrianne Farmer was selected as Best Opposite in the Youth Open California Rabbit Show.

Jaecy Heisey our Area 2 FFA Vice President worked the FFA Building at the Fair on Thursday.

Homecoming week is September 14-19th, with lots of activities all week!

The theme for Homecoming week is Boot, Scoot & Boogie

Dress up days are as follows: Monday 14th Denim Day - Prepare for the week by puttin' a hard day's work.

Tuesday 15th Polo America Cowboy - Dress as your best American Cowboy!

Wed. 16th Howdy Partner, Find your Boot-Scootin' Buddy - Twin Day, find a buddy and dress to match!

Thurs. 17th Camo vs. Cowprint - Wear your favorite Camo or Cowprint

Friday 18th Polo America Day - Dress in your best Polo Panthers gear!

School will dismiss at 1:15pm on Friday, September 18th.

The parade will begin at 2:15pm on Friday, the 18th.

The Panther Football game will begin at 7:00pm Friday the 18th.

And finally, the High School Homecoming Dance will be held on Saturday, September 19th from 8-10pm in the Multipurpose Room.
