Congratulations to the following HS Track Athletes that competed at Sectionals Saturday, 5/14, three of which are moving on to the State Competition 5/20 & 5/21:

SPORTS PHYSICALS: You may sign up for an appointment for a Sports Physical at Caldwell County Health Department in Kingston, on the following link https://hipaa.jotform.com/221074015287147 Clinic dates are June 21 & 28 or July 12 & 19. Cost: $15. per child and $5. for each additional sibling.

The Library is now closed for book check outs for the year. Please return all books that have been checked out to the Library.

Any 8th-11th grade students interested in learning about Yearbook Class for next year that missed the meeting, please see Michele Sales in the HS Office or Mrs. Hildebrand for information.

You are invited to the 2022 Summer Library Program at the Caldwell County Library! June 1st - July 31st. Children and adults can register for the summer reading program. You may register any time the week of June 1st and can start logging books on June 1st. Register in person or online (readSquared app). Free of charge and you can win a prize! Senior important dates this week:
Monday, 5/16: Senior Trip (Be here by 5:00am) - Thursday, 5/19 (ETR 3:30pm)
Wednesday, 5/18: Seniors not on Trip - Check Outs Sheets - come pick up after lunch to do 6th & 7th hours and return to office to finish the next day
Thursday, 5/19: Seniors not on Trip - Come to the HS Office 1st hour to pick up and finish Check Out Sheets throughout the day / Locker check outs and Chromebook returns / Seniors released after lunch for the year!
Friday, 5/20: Senior Skip Day (no seniors are required to attend but may sign in and come to awards assembly)
Sunday, 5/22: Graduation Day! Be at the school by 9:30am - pictures in Cap & Gown start at 10am, pizza provided for lunch, graduation practice and then Ceremony at 2pm

School Health Advisory Council Meeting 2021/2022: Second semester review will be on Wednesday, 5/18 for Polo R-VII School at 3:30pm, in the Meeting Room # 102. All members of the School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) are invited. Parents and other community members are welcome and encouraged to participate.

Summer School Enrichment Information for current K-8th Grades: Enrollment packets were handed out April 4th, if you need one call the Elementary Office at 660-354-2200. Prizes are available for early enrollment. Summer School Enrichment will be held May 26th-June 24th from 8am-3pm. See Mrs. Kelsey Lee for additional information.

Summer School Credit Recovery letters will be mailed home by Friday, 5/6 for those that need to make up credits or might need to make up credits based on current grades. Credit Recovery will be held from Wednesday, 5/25 – Thursday, 6/23 from 8am-1pm. Please contact Mr. Pickrell if you have any questions or concerns prior to Monday, 5/16.
