Welcome to the Polo R-VII School District

On behalf of the board of education, administration, and staff, I want to welcome you to the Polo R-VII School District.  We are a PreK-12 campus that creates an environment of learning that is an instrumental part of our community.  Our students are amazing people whose talents shine every year in the classroom and in many extracurricular activities.  In POLO we use the following motto: Preparing Outstanding Leaders Of Tomorrow,  everyday to ensure that we are always doing our very best to prepare our students for life after they leave our hallways.

At the most recent Board of Education meeting, Dr. Beverly Deis was hired as our interim 7-12th grade Principal.  Upon meeting with me today Dr. Deis has graciously accepted the position offered.  She brings with her 30 years of quality educational experience for the Polo R-VII School District to include teaching, Elementary Principal, and as the Superintendent.  She would love to formally meet you as a K-12 staff on Wednesday August 30th at 3:25 pm in the meeting room.  She will then begin working to get acquainted within the office on Thursday and Friday, with a plan to be out and about within the school as the interim 7-12 Principal by Tuesday September 5th.   We are very fortunate that Dr. Deis has chosen to lend her services to us, which absolutely reaffirms our commitment to being the best Panthers that we can be for our students, our staff, and our community.
